Smoking is such a habit that drains our money and kills us slowly one puff after another, Quit smoking and start living. Smoking is such an addicting habit that makes the smoker to do more and more smoking with the passage of time, and gradually just a habit of smoking becomes the biggest addiction and the smoker finally turned into a chain- smoker. Due to the smoke of cigarettes, the other people get influenced and gradually it becomes a routine of other people to do the same. Starting a bad habit involves excitement and interest to do the same at first. But when it came to stopping all such habits, it requires a lot of patience, the courage to banned such habits. Smoking is a powerful addiction, and breaking this addiction requires immense willpower. Steps to control the anger and rage are as follows:-
Busy-ness schedule:- this a psychology of a society that if a person is busy in some sort of work and is a hard worker then such ill habits don’t touch him easily but on the other hand if a person is free and don’t have any work to make himself busy then his involvement in such activities as smoking, intoxication etc is higher. So this prevention will definitely work for maintaining distance from cigarettes from the person who used to smoke. He should involve himself in other activities so that the coverage of interest will be shifted to other work and will lead to the reduction in smoking and gradually assist in quitting it.
Controllers of anger: - for banning or stopping something, requires a lot of guts to hide the anger in front of others.this initiative is not so easy to implement in daily life, this prevention requires a lot of power for ignorance of things and controlling of emotions. We can also try to think our anger as a temporary problem but not a permanent solution. We should know that such emotional state will pass after a while. So instead of venting our anger or saying something out of turn, try to keep quiet until the feeling has passed because if he will start showing his anger then as the passage of time the anger will go on another level and definitely it will conclude with smoking or intoxication.
Family support:- family support is the biggest support in the world, family support is a support which can make the person have some wrong habit or on the other hand it can make the person get rid of all the wrong habits, from the efforts of families the smoker can leave the smoking and family is the main solution for controlling of anger in banning smoking, through support from family the person can fight against any wrong doer and the sufferer can easily get convinced and definitely came out from all cause of wrong habits, family members have so much convincing powers to make the person understand the importance of life and its safety to be cure from all bad habits and due to such support a smoker can easily control their anger and rage and will come to the right path of life.
Avoids of bad company: -Bad Company corrupts good character, and ruins good morals. As family support is a very strongest support which helps to get rid of every bad habit is one face of a coin, the another face of the coin is a bad company which influences the people to consume these things and trying to get more involved in all these bad habits activities. At this situation where the smoking should be banned is itself the biggest challenge to doing so and it will be possible only due to voidness of the bad company so being busy is better, than spending time with such an influential people.
Adopting meditation and yoga: -by adopting meditation and yoga a smoker can quit smoking and gradually will free himself from all the anger of banning the smoking in his life. It helps in relieving a person's mind and started adopting a healthy life. Meditation and yoga also help in activating our body cells so it has all the powers to control the rage and anger due to proper meditation in daily life, it also calms a person's mind and soul and keeps him fit and fine for a long time. It is an old age activity that our ancestors used to do, for ancestors it was a medicine which cures the person permanently of all kinds of problems. Due to doing on a regular basis it will protect the body from all causes of diseases. It also lessens the risks involved by smoking. So meditation and yoga can be of great help for a smoker to quit smoking and controlling the anger and rage.
Due to the involvement of all these steps in life will definitely bring a change in a smoker’s life to get rid of smoking and intoxication habits and all these steps will easily control the Anger and Rage when quitting smoking.
